Booking
You can book online or call us at (804) 378-9397. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but appointments are recommended — especially on weekends and for longer services like gel extensions or lash sets.
Arrive a few minutes early so we can confirm your service and preferences. If you have inspiration photos or specific requests, bring them along. Your technician will walk you through the service before we begin.
Cancellations & changes
Please cancel at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 4 hours of your appointment time may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Yes. Rescheduling must also be done at least 4 hours before your appointment. You can reschedule through your booking confirmation link or by contacting us directly.
We will do our best to accommodate you, but late arrivals may require us to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients' appointments.
Deposits
A deposit may be required for group bookings, large services, or visits that include multiple services. If a deposit applies, the amount will be shown at checkout before you confirm your booking.
Yes. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost at the time of your visit. The remaining balance is due when your service is complete.
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 4 hours of your appointment. Cancellations made with at least 4 hours' notice may be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion.
Services & pricing
We offer pedicures and manicures, nail enhancements (gel, acrylic, dip, Gel-X), eyelash extensions, waxing, and kids' services. Visit our Services page for the full menu.
Pricing varies by service, add-ons, and nail length. Starting prices are listed on our Services page. Final pricing is confirmed when you book or at your appointment.
Yes. Add-ons like gel polish, French tips, chrome, and custom designs are priced separately. Add-on prices are listed alongside each service on our Services page.

During your visit
Service durations are listed on our Services page. Allow extra time if you are removing existing gel, acrylic, or dip, or if you are adding multiple add-ons.
You are welcome to bring a guest. We ask that companions remain in the waiting area so our technicians can focus on your service. Kids' services are available for ages 12 and under.
